Return Policy

Stryxelljlox provides personal consultations on computer assembly. We do not sell hardware, so returns of physical products do not apply to our services. This policy covers consultation services, cancellations and refunds. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) apply where relevant.

Return Period

Consultation services are delivered at the time of the session. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must contact us within 14 days of the consultation date to discuss your situation and any possible remedy (e.g. partial refund or follow-up session). We will consider each case on its merits.

Return Conditions

Because we provide advisory and consultation services (not goods), “return” means a request for a refund or other remedy. To be considered:

  • You must contact us within the return period stated above
  • You must explain the reason for your request and how the service did not meet your expectations
  • We may ask for details of the consultation (e.g. date, topic) to process your request

Cost of Return Delivery

We do not sell or ship physical goods. Consultations are delivered remotely or in person as agreed at booking. There is no return delivery cost for consultation services. If we have sent you any materials (e.g. notes) and you wish to discuss disposal or return, contact us.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at touch@stryxelljlox.world within 14 days of your consultation
  2. Provide your name, the consultation date and a brief description of your concern
  3. We will respond and may ask for more information
  4. We will tell you whether we can offer a refund, follow-up session or other remedy and how it will be processed

Non-Returnable Items

We do not sell physical items. For consultation services:

  • Once a consultation has been fully delivered and you have received the agreed advice or guidance, the service is considered delivered
  • We may still consider refunds or remedies where the service was not provided as agreed or where the Consumer Guarantees Act applies

General Legal Requirements

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill and must be fit for purpose. If our consultation services do not meet these guarantees, you may have rights to a remedy (e.g. re-performance or refund). This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a consultation as follows:

  • Contact us as early as possible before the scheduled session
  • Cancellation terms (including any refund) are agreed at the time of booking
  • If you cancel with sufficient notice (e.g. at least 24–48 hours as agreed), we may offer a full refund or credit toward a future session
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in no refund, as stated at booking

Refund Procedure

Where we agree to a refund:

  • We will process the refund using the same method you used to pay, where possible
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated
