By using stryxelljlox.world and the services of Stryxelljlox, you agree to these terms. Our services include personal consultations on computer assembly, component selection and performance tuning.

Services

Stryxelljlox provides advisory and guidance services. We do not sell hardware. You are responsible for sourcing components and performing the physical assembly. Our consultations are for informational purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this site lawfully and in line with these terms. You must not:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the site, servers or networks
  • Attempt to access unauthorised areas or systems
  • Use our contact forms for spam, misleading or unlawful purposes
  • Transmit harmful code, malware or content that infringes others’ rights
  • Use the site in any way that could harm us, other users or third parties

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have breached these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the site or our advice will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the site or our services.
  • Our total liability to you in connection with these terms or the use of our site and services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant consultation or service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it (including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable).

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us about these terms or our services:

  • If we cannot resolve the dispute, it may be referred to mediation or other dispute resolution processes as agreed or as required by law.
  • Where the Consumer Guarantees Act or other New Zealand law applies, you may have additional rights to seek redress.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our site and services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
